5.2 Regulatory Compliance: We provide our fiduciary services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You acknowledge that we may be required to report certain transactions or activities to regulatory authorities.

5.3 Fees: Fees for our fiduciary services are set out in the relevant Service Agreement. Payment terms and conditions will also be specified in that agreement.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lange & Slamet Fiduciary regarding our Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning our Services.
